I have tried numerous yoga towels and this may be the greatest. I even bought a second one. I do power yoga so sweat/slipping is an issue and this functions great. Also, it can be utilized like a cover on a rented mat. Extremely suggested.

fantastic fantastic fantastic! on my normal mat i slide about 6 inches in one breath cycle, on the towel i don’t slide. its also good for child’s pose and other postures where my face is about the mat.

The yogitoes mat is nice and doesn’t move much when placed on the mat. However, I nevertheless should wet down the towel so that I don’t slip. It did shrink a little, and is about two inches shorter than my mat.

The only way to go should you do Bikram Yoga. Unlike a towel, it doesnt bunch up. Fits perfectly about the mat as well. I line dry mine rather than set it in the dryer.
