The dvd that comes using the items was extremely helpful. I am not new to yoga, but I am new to yoga at house and I’ve found the days I use Yiam’s daily routine, i feel much better throughout the day.

I received the product quick and it is a superb beginner set. There’s an AM wake up session, an 8 minute video to describe how to use the props correctly, and a every day 20 minute session. I was very pleased overall.

Since I’ve never tried Yoga prior to, I’ve nothing to compare this to. However, I can see its potential benefit. I believe some of the poses transition too rapidly on the 20 minute workout because as a newbie, I am unfamiliar using the fundamental poses and their names. The initial factor in the morning workout is fantastic simply because it provides a great introduction and extremely great stretches and adequate time to transition. The only thing I wish either or both of the workouts offered were stretches for neck and upper back area, which is primarily why I even considered attempting out Yoga.

The instructor is obviously an experienced yogi, i.e. someone who has studied and taught yoga for a long time. I find this generally preferable to an aerobics instructor who has recently jumped onto the yoga bandwagon. This tape is great for the novice, and a fantastic intro to yoga.

I personally love the DVD simply because I’ve done Yoga prior to and know the names with the moves, but I can see where beginners would have a hard time using the every day routine. Should you do not know the moves you may need to watch the DVD with out following along for a time or two, simply because he goes quicker than those on my other DVD’s and you might get lost. Once you get the hang of the moves, this is a superb DVD to do Yoga with.
