It has great grip, so it will not slide all over my hardwood floors. I also like that it includes a “The Firm” logo at one finish that I can use as a focal point when I’m feeling a bit wobbly. It is also extremely simple to roll up and to clean, I’d just wipe it down with a non-toxic cleaner. I haven’t watched the included DVD yet, since I bought this having a various DVD, Newbies Yoga: The Essential Guide for Walkers, Runners, & Desk Jockeys.

I liked this bag for my yoga mat. The purple color is fairly. It is light weight and simple to carry. I’d recommend this item! I’ve had this mat for about 3 years now and have completely enjoyed it. It has not shown any wear yet.

I bought this mat never have done Yoga. It came having a totally free 10 minute CD. This was ideal. It’s just the right quantity of time and it is a great small pick me up. I even purchased another as a gift for a friend.

Buy and Save 15% On Gaiam Thirsty Yoga Towel, Dark Blue, Reviews I am brand new to yoga and enrolled inside a hot yoga class. I learned that I should pick a mat that is not slippery or sleak, so I picked an Atlus mat which has little grips (so the towel does not slip). I can easily spin about on the towel and it doesn’t bunch up. The only challenge is within the warrior pose; the wider the feet, you have to truly dig your heels in to ensure that you don’t slip but any towel without grips would have the same problem. The towel dries rapidly and washes up nicely.

I own two of those yoga towels, and I have found them to become tough, highly absorbent, and an overall great worth. I can’t believe individuals actually spend 2-3 times as much on other brands! I practice yoga 5-6 times per week, so I need a towel that will stand as much as plenty of use and washing. Best Price Everlast Folding Mat 2′x6′, Reviews I’m in physical treatment for back discomfort. I bought this to do my workouts at home. It cushions nicely and folds as much as store along the wall. Wipes clean having a damp cloth. Ideal!

I started with yoga mats, but I required more padding for my knees. This mat is ideal. It looks fantastic after the third week of use. The handles are a surprise so I can show other people the kicks strength as I hold it.

Study the critiques, but was still unsure what to expect. How could I possibly get a quality mat for this price? Still do not know the answer to that question, but I got an excellent mat. It is ideal for use when I exercise and my daughter uses it to practice her tumbling moves. I couldn’t be happier.

Low Price EverythingYoga Ultra Thick Yoga Mat, Reviews This really is an incredible yoga mat, it is so thick you are able to see the indentation from exactly where your feet sink in! I’ve nothing poor to say about it, except that i ordered olive and it looks much more like lime green but it is okay, i like that color too.

The mat is think sufficient to offer a cushion even when on concrete floors with out slipping on smooth surfaces. It’s a comfortable mat appropriate for multiple purposes.

What you see in the image is what you get. It did not smell that bad as many people described. Most likely exaggerated. Went away actual quick.
