I’ve usually admired and desired these cushions, so much for my Zen training. Anyway, this cushion is great. You just can’t use blankets or pillows the same way. For shoulderstand it’s the very best. For seated forward bends, it’s fantastic under your hips to give you that bit of edge and release. when the floor is tough it offers cushion but not too a lot particularly for locust type poses and other belly down poses. I use this for my monthly women’s circle meetings and I fold it in half and sit cross legged and it provides me comfy height at my knees and ankles. I adore this.
